Catching Up

These are the socks for my Mom. They were supposed to be a Mother's Day gift but work got in the way. However, as my mom said "who wears wool socks in the summer." They are made from a Creative Knitting Pattern (May 2008) , knitted anklets.

This is the beginning of the Lacey Shawl from Plymouth Yarn. I am knitting it in Cotton Fleece by Brown Sheep. It is a fun knit (so far). Interesting but easy.

You may have noticed that Green Comfort isn't showing up as a finished object. Well, I have worked on it since the Olympics started until this weekend. Frankly, I am tired of it. I will finish it but knitting is supposed to be fun, not work!
